Here are some simple herbal teas to try:
BASIL TEA
Basil tea settles the stomach. Honey can be added to make a tea for relieving tickly coughs.
BERGAMOT TEA
Drink as a relaxing nightcap and may help to relieve menstrual pain, gas and nausea.
CHAMOMILE TEA
Dried flowers are used to make a tea to calm the nerves and to help sleep. A strong brew can be used as an antiseptic when cold or to lighten hair colour.
DILL TEA
A tea made from dill tea is used to relieve gas and is traditionally taken by breast-feeding mothers to aid their milk production. It is also a diuretic and used to calm the digestive system and combat urinary infection. Honey can be added for sweetness.
FENNEL TEA
