6 Mint Crisp chocolate bars
2 litres vanilla ice cream
¼ cup chocolate mint, finely chopped
Liquor of choice – Baileys, Crème de menthe (Optional)
Crush chocolate bars in a plastic bag with a rolling pin. Soften icecream and mix other ingredients through until just combined. Refreeze.
To serve, place spoon fulls into decorative glasses or bowls and garnish with a sprig of chocolate mint.
