12 chicken drumsticks
185g butter
3/4cup fresh basil, chopped
1 tbs pinenuts, chopped
1 clove garlic, crushed
1/4 cup parmesan cheese, grated
Bring a pan of water to the boil and add the drumsticks, reduce heat and simmer for 12 minutes. Drain and cool.
Beat softened butter in a bowl with the basil, pinenutes, garlic and cheese. Spread a little of this mixture between the flesh and skin of the drumsticks. Barbecue the drumsticks, basting frequently with the butter mixture until cooked through.
