6 lamb loin chops
1 onion, peeled and chopped
1 clove garlic, crushed
1 bay leaf
2 tbs oregano, chopped
1/2 cup olive oil
2 tbs lemon juice
Blend onion, garlic, bay leaf and oregano with oil and lemon juice. Combine marinade and chops in a bowl, cover and refrigerate for several hours or overnight. Barbecue until tender. Baste with marinade whilst cooking.
