Description: Hardy, spreading ground cover with woody stems and leaves that turn deep yellow in full sun in summer. Perennial. 30cm.
Harvesting: Best harvested in warmer months and used fresh.
Best Results: Mound centre with organic compost in winter to encourage new growth in spring.
Uses: Leaves are used for fish, cheese, tomatoes, soups and most meat dishes.
Companion: Plant as a living mulch or groundcover. Stunning in rockeries.
