Description: Evergreen, woody shrub with needle like, glossy green leaves and pale blue flowers in spring. Tolerates drought and salt winds. Excellent hedging plant. Perennial. 100cm.
Harvesting: Harvest at any time. Dry by hanging in bunches in warm, airy room.
Best Results: For best flavour, keep drier, plant in full sun and don’t fertilise.
Uses: Used in cooking, marinades & dressing. Especially useful for barbecue skewers.
Companion: Plant several around outdoor entertaining areas to repel mosquitoes.
