Description: Small, glossy dark green leaves grow from woody sprawling stems. Whorls of pink-white flowers appear in summer. Very hardy. Perennial. 40cm.
Harvesting: Leaves can be harvested at any time to be used fresh or dried.
Best Results: Requires very little attention and suits WA conditions. Prune in spring and autumn.
Uses: Use leaves in marinades, meat dishes and stuffing’s. Also called the “Bean Herb” as it goes well with legumes.
Companion: Reputed to ease flatulence.
