Tasty Herbal Tea Combinations

CHAMOMILE, FENNEL & SAGE TEA
Brew 1 tsp dried chamomile, 1 Tbsp dried fennel and 2 chopped fresh sage leaves in 2 1/2 cups freshly boiled water for three minutes or longer.
Soothing and calming.

CHAMOMILE & MINT TEA
Pour 2 1/2 cups freshly boiled water over 4 tsp dried chamomile and 4 sprigs of fresh mint. Let sit for four minutes.
Ideal after-dinner herbal tea.

CHAMOMILE TEA & HONEY
One teaspoon dried chamomile steeped in 1/2 cup freshly boiled water for 3 to 5 minutes. Pour the tea through a strainer and add honey to taste.
Bedtime tea and soothing for colds and sore throats.

LEMON GRASS & MINT TEA
Crush 2 pieces of lemon grass and add to 4 sprigs of mint. Pour over 2 1/2 cups of freshly boiled water and let steep for 5 minutes.
Refreshing and delicious with Asian meals.
