Harvesting: Harvest leaves at any time but most flavoursome when in flower. Use fresh or dried.
Best Results: For best flavour, do not overfeed or over water. Slightly limey soil.
Uses: Use to flavour soups, fish, meat, vegetables, vinegars & stuffing. Essential in bouquet garnis. Perfect with marinated olives.
Companion: Improves all plants grown nearby. Attracts bees to the vegetable garden.
