1.5kg green king prawns
3 cups oil
180g butter
12 cloves garlic
3 chillies, seeded and chopped
1 tbs parsley, chopped
Shell and devein prawns leaving tails intact. Put 1/2 cup oil into 6 individual ovenproof dishes and add 30gms of butter to each. Crush 2 cloves of garlic into each dish and divide the chillies amongst the dishes too.
Put the dishes on to the barbecue and heat until butter is melted and the oil is very hot. Divide prawns between the dishes and heat until they are cooked.
Serve immediately sprinkled with parsley.
